Cancellation/Order, Refund Policy, and Consumer Rights
If you need to cancel your order before the product has been shipped, please cancel directly on the order page. Credit card payments will be fully refunded, and bank transfer payments will be refunded within 3-5 days, with a cross-transfer fee of 30 NTD.
If you need to change your order, please also cancel it on the order page and place a new order (please note: there may be a time gap in the refund process).
According to the Consumer Protection Act, except for customized products, you have a 7-day cooling-off period. Please return the product sent by Akay in its original condition. Credit card payments will be fully refunded, and bank transfer payments will be refunded within 3-5 days, with a cross-transfer fee of 30 NTD.
