Akay Play Life offers a total of five experiential journeys: Ciyakang Daily Life Experience, Weaving Experience, River Tracing Experience, Archaeologist Experience, and Moonlight Story Telling Dining Table Experience. Except for Moonlight Story Telling Dining Table Experience, which requires a minimum group size of 10 people, the others require a minimum of 6 people to form a group. If the required number of participants is not met, groups can choose to merge or pay the equivalent amount to meet the requirement.
For those interested in experiencing a specific day with Akay, please complete the registration form and payment at least 9 days prior to the scheduled experience date.
Refund Policy:
- Cancellation more than 9 days before the experience date: Full refund.
- Cancellation between 7-8 days before the experience date: 20% administrative fee.
- Cancellation between 5-6 days before the experience date: 50% administrative fee.
- Cancellation between 1-4 days before the experience date: 80% administrative fee.
- Same-day cancellation: No refund. In case of natural disasters or force majeure, a full refund is possible.
For last-minute registrations (within three days of the experience date), administrative procedures for insurance may be waived with a signed waiver form.
