  3. Members have the obligation to notify the company of their intention to cancel their membership. From the date of cessation of membership (based on the date of the company’s email notification), all benefits and rights provided by this service will be forfeited.
  4. To prevent malicious incidents that may lead to loss of membership benefits, when a member notifies the company to terminate their membership, the company will confirm the request again via email before proceeding with the cancellation of membership.
