Aga’s Life Play offers five tours: Fire Dining Table, Woven Tree Hollow, Migrating Tree Hollow, Giant Tree Hollow, and Story Dining Table. Except for Story Dining Table, which requires a minimum of 10 participants, the other tours require a minimum of 6 participants. If the number of participants is insufficient, you can choose to join another group or pay the equivalent amount for the required number of participants to proceed with the tour.

If you choose a specific date for the Aga experience, please complete the registration form and payment at least 9 days before the experience date.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation more than 9 days before the experience date: Full refund
Cancellation 7-8 days before the experience date: 20% processing fee
Cancellation 5-6 days before the experience date: 50% processing fee
Cancellation 1-4 days before the experience date: 80% processing fee
Cancellation on the experience date: No refund
In case of natural disasters or force majeure, a full refund will be provided.
For last-minute registrations (within 3 days of the experience date) for Aga’s Life Play experiences, due to insufficient time for insurance processing, a waiver must be signed.
